SafeCabinAlert is currently a development prototype. Features, availability, accuracy, and delivery times may change and are not guaranteed.

Not an emergency service

SafeCabinAlert is not an emergency-response service and is not a substitute for responsible supervision, emergency services, or an approved life-safety system. Users remain responsible for checking vehicle occupants and conditions directly.

SMS terms

By opting in, a user agrees to receive automated SafeCabinAlert event notifications at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies according to configured events and device activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help where supported. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Delivery and location limitations

SMS delivery, wireless connectivity, sensor readings, and location availability can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate because of network coverage, device conditions, cloud-service availability, environmental conditions, or other factors.

Acceptable use

Users may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse messaging systems, interfere with connected infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access to devices or accounts.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the prototype develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
